Birthday Giveaway and Book Update
Well, hello – as many of you have seen on Facebook, the ultimate amazing spreader of birthday news – today is my birthday. I appreciate all the wonderful wishes people posted on there, and I am especially grateful for Facebook that has that feature. I think it’s noteworthy that Facebook, for all its faults, has this particular attribute of letting people know when folks have birthdays.
In honor of my birthday, I’m having a Giveaway. They’re fun, and what better way to celebrate my birthday than giving a book away? Right? (Say right! You may win!)
Yesterday, my new book, “Best Foot Forward” – How a Broken Bone Changed My Life Forever, was released in Jewish bookstores and online. My book can be found here on the publisher’s site, and over here on Amazon.
But in case, you don’t want to buy the book (no pressure here!), you may try your luck at this contest.
Here’s what you have to to do.
- Write a comment about what “best foot forward” as a phrase means to you in the comment section here below.
- Head over to my instagram page and hit “follow.”
That’s it.
Winner will be picked randomly and will be announced on Sunday.
Good luck.

“Best foot forward” means stepping in to the shoes that are appropriate for each situation, recognizing that different
situations call for different shoes.

Best foot forward means to me that one is starting on a new endeavor with their pre-existing strengths and experiences.
